Package Features
• The short code is a 5 digit number on which alphanumeric keywords can be created to receive incoming
messages as per TRAI regulations.
• The customer sending a message to the short code keyword pays a standard charge of Rs.3/- per message
and the services are valid within the geographical limits of India only.
• The incoming messages can be visible on a panel provided by Bhash Software Labs or alternatively the
information can be pushed to a URL provided by the client.
Terms and Conditions
• This offer is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of offer.
• We work on a Pre Paid model and expect complete payment to be made prior to use of services.
• Payment can be made by Cash, Deposits to our Bank Account, Net Banking and Payment Gateway
services. We work on an online sales model. We normally do not visit customer premises.
• The keyword validity shall remain till the date for which payment has been made. If a renewal is to be
made for any existing keyword, kindly let us know about it 15 days before the expiry date via a mail to
your account manager with the details of the keyword, Short code and the expiry date.
• We do not take guarantee of the availability of the keyword after the validity period has expired.
• Service Tax @ 14.5 % is included in the Package Cost.
• Kindly purchase after due diligence as no refunds shall be entertained in this regard.
• Bank & Payment Gateway details are provided below for record.
