Project Title

AUTOMATED NUT TAPPING MACHINE

The main objectives of our project is to make internal threds on nuts. Tha taps r mainly
classified as hand tap & m/c tap. Tha hand r used in manualy operated m/c, where as m/c taps
used in automobile engines. It is an horizontle type m/c. future of this m/c more cheaper and
will be greater used in small scale industries. It produces 600 nuts/hr and used in aotomobile
industris plastic & fasteners industries. Working principle of this m/c depends on proper
engagement of friction & rubber cone. In general m/c with the help of FC & RC there is ¾ th
forward & ¼ backword motion.
