VIDEO PRESENTATION (10%)

The purpose of this video presentation is for students to demonstrate their

understanding of topics in Graph Theory and ability to relate to the real life application.
You are required to prepare a short video with a duration of about three to five minutes
of your group project’s topic.

Instructions:

1. You may develop your video using any methods and tools including:
a. Conventional method – camera video.
b. Learning object tools such as GO!Animate, Present.ME, JING, FlipSnacks,
PowToon, Screen-O-Matic, Videoscribe, Bitable etc.

2. In the beginning of the video, introduce your team members: team number, matric
number, photo of members and your specific topic.

3. Upload your video in youtube channel stating your team number in the title. For
example, A181 SQQM1063 Video C1 -for group C, team number 1.

4. Create a new forum in online learning, and attach your video link. The topic of your
forum MUST BE your video’s topic.

5. All students are required to review, evaluate all the other videos posted by other
teams and give marks for that particular team. The commentator will also get
individual marks for online participation.

6. All team members are required to fill in the peer evaluation form and submit
online using provided link (provided by the lecturer).

Assessment Methods:

1. Lecturer’s Assessment (4%) is based on the following criteria:

i. Purpose of the video (topic of video – how you relate to your field of study
and future jobs).
ii. Subject/topic knowledge.
iii. Supporting details (using appropriate examples to explain the statistical
terminologies).
iv. Time management (able to explain all criteria that should be included in
the video).
v. Delivery (clarity and appropriateness).

2. Peer Evaluation (2%) evaluated by your own team members based on the
following criteria:
i. Task Support.
ii. Interaction.
iii. Attendance.
iv. Involvement.

3. Classmates Evaluation (2%) involves each team evaluating all the other videos.
i. Sequence of ideas to promote understanding.
ii. Creativity in creating the video.
iii. Impact to viewers (learners).

4. Online Participation (2%) is given for individual student based on the comments
posted in online learning forum other videos (except his/her own team’s video).
This mark is given to the commentator, not the owner of the video.
