Results of Interview

As the researchers gathered information about the Our Lady of Guadalupe

Academy, the researchers have known that there was no existing website or System in

use. With this kind of scenario in Our Lady of Guadalupe Academy, records of the

students are being managed manually. Students who want to enroll and now their

balances will go to cashier office to transact. With regards to balances, the cashier gave

an account slip/ledger to the student to know their balances before their examination.

Announcements and upcoming events are being posted in the School Bulletin board and

FB page to inform their students.Considering the gathered information, the researchers

also found out that the Our Lady of Guadalupe Academy has one desktop computer

which could be used as server.

The information gathered for the development of the system is gathered through

series of interviews. The data gathered served as the foundation in the development of the

system.

The developed system has functionalities of enrolling, creating schedules, taking

fees, deletion, and printing records. The system has a two(2) user-levels which will be

discussed in the plates below.
