The Mütek PCD-04 Travel offers a comprehensive range of exciting new features
in a highly portable format.
MÜTEK STANDARD POLY-ELECTROLYTES
The PCD-04 Travel is equipped with cartridges containing Mütek standard titrant
solutions including Poly-Dadmac, PES-Na or PVSK. Each cartridge type is auto-
matically recognized by the system, and its condition – normality, factor, best-
before date and other characteristics – is clearly shown on the display.
INTEGRATED TITRATION MODULE
The PCD-04 Travel’s integrated titration module makes working off-site
a breeze. The Mütek titration algorithm, based on more than twenty
years’ experience in charge measurement, offers its benefit in a unique
titration method.
NEW ELECTRONICS PLATFORM
The PCD-04 Travel’s state-of-the-art electronics platform supports so-
phisticated signal processing and features a service-friendly modular
approach. USB communication and memory card simplify data export
and storage.

The Mütek PCD-04 Particle Charge Detector is available in three configurations:
the PCD-04, PCD-04 Travel, and PCD-04 +Titrator.

The PCD-04 provides reliably charge measurements either by manual titration PCD-04
or using an automated titrator.

A true standalone device, the PCD-04 Travel is ideally suited to the frequent
traveller or laboratory assistant, both of whom need a reliable, easy-to-handle
device for efficient lab trials. Incorporating the Mütek titration algorithm – the
product of more than twenty years’ experience in charge measurement – the
PCD-04 Travel offers the benefit of a unique titration method. Disposable car- PCD-04 TRAVEL
tridges make standard poly-electrolyte titration simple, and the system features
USB communication and memory card for easy data export and storage.

Combining the Mütek PCD-04 and Mütek PCD-T3 Titrator Three makes a
scientific laboratory device that supports advanced studies and complex data
handling in line with GLP guidelines. In addition to charge demand / quantity and
pH-value determination, the system offers iso-electric point titration. Custom-
designed PCD LabX software also allows the titrator to be controlled from a com-
puter, for more precise overviews and faster editing.
