Grant Award in order to hold an
international workshop and conference
on children and youth studies in
Universidad Militar Nueva Granada,

Asst. Prof. Abenir specializes in the
social planning and administration of
poverty alleviation programs for
marginalized and vulnerable population
groups by making use of community
development approaches that are rights-
based, participatory, and gender-
sensitive.
