 Transition Management of the S/W projects while coordinating with the IT, S/W and testing team and setting up
the IT infrastructure Library to host and run the software projects effectively.
 Project Audits in co-ordination with the Quality team to comply with the industry wide best practices and
adherence policies as per HIPAA, ISO, and CMMI etc.
 Workforce management: Can interview candidates and manage their joining formalities, Rostering and Attendance
management; performance reviews and give feedbacks to accelerate team performances.
 Business Reporting: Provide support to the top-level management while provisioning project progress reports,
monthly executive dashboard, billing and estimation, statistical reports and minutes of meeting etc.
 Establishing appropriate team charter, service management helpdesk, and ITIL policies.
