Objective: To write a reply to Sakie e-mail message.
Plan:
1. Johana thanks Sakie for her message.
2. Johana tells Sakie she has to arrive to Yokohama train station one hour before the train departures. 3. Johana tells Sakie that after the train arrives in Tokyo, she needs to take a bus from the train station to Narita International airport. 4. Johana recommends having the passport and boarding pass on hand before the check in. 5. Johana tells Sakie that the flight to Los Angeles takes very long. Considering the arrival time, Johana thinks it is better to spend the night at the hotel airport. 6. Johanna tells Sakie she can wake up early and do some shopping at the duty free section of Los Angeles airport. (The duty free is at Terminal 2). 7. Johana tells Sakie that the boarding gate to Bogota’s flight is at Terminal 5. Thus, Sakie needs to take a shuttle from Terminal 2 to Terminal 5. The shuttle takes 15 minutes. Johana also tells Sakie that she can walk, if she prefers so. The walk from Terminal 2 to Terminal 5 takes about 35 minutes. 8. Johana tells Sakie she can’t spend too much time walking around because she can miss her flight. 9. Johana tells Sakie that she is working in the afternoons now. So, on September 23rd she can’t go to El Dorado airport. Johana tells Sakie that after she arrives in Bogota, she has to go pass by the immigration checkpoints. 10. Johana tells Sakie that after passing immigration she can go to the baggage claim section and pick up her luggage. 11. Johana tells Sakie that there are taxi points at El Dorado Airport where she can ask for a safe Taxi. 12. Johana tells Sakie to get a taxi and ask the driver to take her to the downtown, where Johana lives. 13. Johana says goodbye.

Thank you for your message, I’m grateful to hear from you.
The first step to take is to go to the Yokohama train station but to catch the train you must have an hour before the train leaves. After arriving to Tokyo at the train station, at the same station you should take a bus that will take you to Narita international airport.
When you are inside the airport at the main entrance you are directed to the checking, but before that you should, have the legal travel documents that would be the passport or visa and the travel card. After a long Journey from Tokyo to Los Angeles which is the first stop of the flight, if it is night you should rest and spend night at the airport. When you are up early in the morning you can shop for supplies or vanity to buy something of your interest in the store that is in terminal 2. The boarding gate is terminal 5 to go to Bogota, but for that that you have two options to go by bus that only takes 15 or if you prefer to walk you would last 35 minutes from terminal 2 towards 5.
I work along the day, more than everything in the afternoon, so I will not be able to go and find you that day at the Dorado airport. When you arrive in Bogotá, you will approach immigration control pass. After you leave immigration office you pass and pick-up your luggage, at the departure station you will find several public transportation carefully choose the means of transport of your preference, Inside the taxi you will ask the direction to where you are going that is the center of the city through the road, when you get to my house you will find many trees that seem to be in a forest, when you arrive I will take you for a good walk through the city.
