Dear Prasad,

Offer Confirmation for the position of Office Manager / Operations Manager

Further to your recent interview, we are delighted to confirm that we are offering you the position of
Office Manager / Operations Manager on the following terms detailed below:

1. Your start date is 25th May 2018.

2. The pay rate: Rs. 11.25 Lakhs per Annum. Your salary will be paid directly into your bank
account on the First Day of each month. Salary will be reviewed immediately after
successful completion of the probation period.
3. Your normal hours of work will be 1.00 PM till 10.00 PM Mon - Friday. However, you may
be required to work such additional hours as the needs of the company requires. You will
be based at our Harrow office.
4. This position is offered subject to satisfactory reference and pre-employment checks and
completion of the three-month probationary period. During this time, we will assess your
performance and conduct, and it reserves the right at any time during this period to
terminate this offer with one week’s notice, subject to compliance only with the statutory
dismissal and disciplinary procedure. During this period, you are also required to give one
week’s notice if you wish to terminate your offer for whatever reason. Periods of notice
thereafter are set out in full Terms and Conditions of employment. We also reserve the
right to extend your probationary period should it deem this necessary.

Evidence of your right to work in the India – copy of passport if available
Relieving letter from your current employer
Latest pay slip
Copy of PAN Card
