Status profile is configured for Agreement Requests approval.

Status profile is assigned to the agreement request in the definition.

Define and assign condition type group

Creation of rules / conditions

access seq etc. if req assign to pricing procedure.

Price Sheet (to set up a relation with condtion type and table)

Create IP - Header

Pricing procedure for IP types

PATH: Vistex SPRO > Basic Function > Pricing sales > PRicing control> Define condition table, type,
access seq etc. if req assign to pricing procedure.

Condition search profile

PATH: Vistex SPRO > Basic Function >Condition search> Define Condition search profiles.

(Vistex uses Pricing technique and condition search profile to determine the correct agreement for IP
creation purpose.)

Create IP - item

PATH: Vistex SPRO >Documents > Define item criteria -Sales documents
To review the information within the data transfer routines.
PATH: Vistex SPRO>Documents > Maintain requirements and data transfer routines.
From the screen that appears , from the top menu select Data Transfer > IP documents > Routines 702
and 703 for review.

LIS and UPDATE GROUP

You can go via the std route or from Vistex with path
PATH Vistex SPRO> Integration>Logistic Information system integration>Link to LIS > etc....

(better to follow the above path)

Create Update Group

PATH Std SPRO>Logistic general>Logistic Information System>Logistic Data

Maintain Update gr (either by the folliowing path or Tcode MC24 or MC25, MC26 is display)
