COURSE DESCRIPTION:
In the Principles of Microeconomics course, we study the behavior of these basic economic units: consumers, laborers,
and companies. We need to answer how and why these units make economic decisions. We also study the interrelations
of these economic units in different markets and industries, to do so, we will analyze the different market structures.

SPECIFIC LEARNING GOALS FOR THE COURSE:


1. Understand and explain the supply and demand model; and understand the situations or events that can change
the market’s equilibrium and evaluating the economic consequences.
