1 General
o Overview presentation of the operations of the Palembang
Terminal, if available.

Palembang Terminal, if available. If only hard copies of the
policies and procedures are available, please provide us with a
list of the available policies and procedures.
o Latest Palembang Terminal organisation chart (as at 31-May-
2018); specifying full names and job titles of all employees Available
including their starting dates of employment at the Palembang
Terminal.
o Financial statements of the Palembang Terminal (in case this is
not available directly from the financial system, management
reports for the cost/ profit centre of the Palembang Terminal is
acceptable):
 trial balance as at 30-Apr-2018 as well as 30-Apr-2017;
 balance sheet as at 30-Apr-2018 (actual and budget) as well as
30-Apr-2017 (actual); and
 income statement for the four months to 30-Apr-2018 (actual
and budget) as well as for the four months to 30-Apr-2017.
