Re: Request for Authority to Travel for the

Revisit of the Enhanced Justice on
Wheels (EJOW) Program in Kidapawan
City, North Cotabato on December 6,
2018

In connection with the scheduled EJOW in Kidapawan

City, North Cotabato on December 6, 2018, may we
respectfully request that:

1)The following court officials and personnel be

AUTHORIZED TO TRAVEL to Kidapawan City, North
Cotabato from December 3 to 8, 2018, or anytime
during this period, for the preparation, coordination
and conduct of the EJOW, to wit:

2)In addition, it is also requested that the following court

officials, namely: Atty. Pena, Atty. Genolos, Mr. Andres
and the undersigned be AUTHORIZED to attend the
meeting set forth by Judges, Clerks of Court and Local
Government Units for the finalization of the EJOW
event on November 27 and/or November 28, 2018;

3)The said court officials and personnel be ENTITLED to

travel allowance, including incidental expenses,
pursuant to Administrative Circular No. 51-2010 dated
July 7, 2010, chargeable against the Supreme Court
funds, pursuant to the usual accounting and auditing
rules and regulations;

4)A cash advance in the amount of Four Hundred Fifty

Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos
(Php457,700.00), chargeable against the Supreme
Court funds, be granted to DCA Leo Tolentino Madrazo
as a bonded public officer, which amount will cover for:
(a) plane fares (b) hotel accommodations and food
expenses for attending Supreme Court officials; (c)
expenses for the snacks of the team-building
participants; and, (d) other incidental/miscellaneous
expenses that may be incurred in connection with the
said EJOW on the aforementioned dates;
