MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 ISSUES
 Needs to improve their online Microsoft Office 365 in order to better
compete with Google (Module 6).
 More user friendly
 Easier to share and collaborate with others
 Not sleek and easy to use like Google Slides is
COST-PEOPLE PIRATE THE SOFTWARE
 Microsoft is losing money with the fact that their operating system is
installable on any PC or laptop and causes piracy.
 Microsoft needs to grow its brand by making its products and services
more affordable.
 Several of its products may yet by quite costly for a large audience around the globe.
 Their larger software packages should be made more affordable for a larger
audience.
 Apple and Google’s products are higher quality and less costly which makes them
more successful than Microsoft.
NOT MOBILE
 They need to move away from PCs and move to mobile software and
other popular areas where they can get the edge.
 More and more people are going mobile and they need to move that direction.
ADVERTISING ISSUES
 Compared to Google and Facebook, their advertising revenue is very
small.
 They don’t have as many or as flashy ads as Google and Apple do.
