How would you define a successful, positive life? Is it the measure of wealth,
materialistic success, or status? Psychology says it’s not all about the former, but rather
more about having a life filled with awareness, spontaneity, and intimacy.
In that case, how free are you to enjoy your life? Do you find freedom to rest yourself
physically and mentally? Do you find the freedom to communicate your emotions to
the fullest?
Freedom is something we all vie to achieve, but oftentimes we aren’t so sure about it
nor do we have any idea how to attain it. In a life that seems to move rapidly, we often
find ourselves imprisoned by internal anxieties, worries, habits, compulsions, fears,
depression, addictions and false assumptions.
Do you find yourself stressed about goals, targets & commitments? Do you wonder
when this would all end??
This is a mental prison that majority of the population find themselves in this fast-
moving world, filled with expectations and targets to achieve.
Our decisions pave our life’s path. Decisions that are part of a major belief system,
which makes up our personality.
So, what happens when irrational decisions take root? It results in stress,
hypertension, sleepless nights, tiring days, going so far as to have suicidal thoughts.
Irrational decisions come from a lack of awareness of self and our consciousness. It
makes life seem to be a miserable puzzle that never falls into place. It creates a habit
out of stress.
Psychology can help you dig through your irrational decisions, no matter how deeply
rooted they are, and change them for the betterment of your life. You can & will find
your freedom within yourself.
Psychological freedom will help everyone to live in a cool space between the body and
mind, even in stressful situations. This program is designed primarily to introduce
and help a person realise their own cool space and freedom available within
themselves.
Every being has the ability to enjoy the vastness of the entire living stream as a whole
