Some of the more advanced students were able to catch on and figure out the pattern, but the average students took a little bit longer to understand it. Also, most of them failed to memorize. I feel like next time I would include something else that helps with memorization, rather than just teaching and evaluating. Overall, the lesson went alright, I just wish more of the students would have caught on a little quicker, being as I learn at a quicker pace. Sometimes I have to remember that I am not teaching someone at my own level, so I have to explain and practice concepts more before assessments.
