people in need Math: This week in math, students develop a coordinate
system for the first quadrant of the coordinate plane and 6. opinion: point of view; position on an issue use it to solve problems. Students use the familiar number line as an introduction to the idea of a coordinate, and they construct two perpendicular number lines to create a coordinate system on the plane. As always, we are continuing to work on writing about math and thoroughly explaining our steps when solving.
