The Problem and its Setting
Introduction

As of today we are noticing the most of the individuals do not involve themselves

eating vegetables frequently for many reasons regardless whether these are valid or not

based on their recommended diet. Most of the individuals that belong to early stage of

their lives because are the probable persons who are not entice to eat vegetables.

According to Science Daily (Dec. 1, 2011). There’s an existential crisis that often happens

at dinner tables across the country. There some question to, why won’t kids eat their

vegetables? Research has found that one of the reasons could be sensitivity to bitterness,

fairly common among children-about 70 percent have it.

Children’s appetite leads them to eat foods that are basically not fitted on their

“Daily Recommended Diet”. It is one of the problems, many parents are encountering

nowadays.

Same with other individuals who being on the upper age bracket who are not

basically making vegetables as a part of their meals as usual, the reasons could be lack

of time for cooking and even being uneducated with the health benefits that the individual

could get out of eating vegetables.

Background of the study

Cupcakes are mini cakes frequently baked in a small, thin paper or aluminum
cup. It is made of wheat flour infused with organic ingredients like native fruits, grains,

Review of related literature and studies

According to Jean Ferrer, it was already time to use Malunggay (Moringa Oleifera)

as an ingredients in making snacks or fortified with nutrients from this plant. The

researcher decided to use Malunggay as their main source of vitamins and minerals

because, as told by Dr. Mathony Basco. Malunggay has four times the calcium content

of milk, three times the potassium found in the banana and four times the vitamin A found

in Carrots. Some healthy snacks products that the company was able to produce from

mixing parts of malunggay to different snacks from recipes.

As stated on biotecforlife.com.ph, malunggay are grown and used as a fence. Its

leaves can be used in cooking, making medicine, pesticide, cleaning agent, and animal

feeds. malunggay seed can be used to Extract oil that is edible or safe to use in cosmetic

because of its anti-oxidant properties. Malunggay flower can be used once again as drink

medicine. According to Artie sy (2012) because of many uses of the different parts of

malunggay tree it has been cold “ a miracle tree”.

According to a Japanese businessman, Mitsuo Shoji studied the medical value of

Malunggay (Moringa Oliefera) for 30 years. He started the conduction of this research

after he has read a passage in e Bible that talked about a tree that cures all kind of

diseases. It was difficult for him to said biblical tree. But when he learned and found out
