Self-Performance Assessment and Reflection:

My personal assessment is that I, as a trainee, performed the task given by the

head and employee of Sysdata Hub in either short or long time frame, I’ve experience
working in an environment which we will be able to face out after I finished this
course. Different task by different employee in a short period of time, in that case I’ve
learned how to manage time and finished task in-time.

Company Profile:
SysDataHub is a leading business and technology solutions for various
industries and businesses. Its application development and solutions practice brings
powerful application solutions, proven frameworks together with user centered visual
design.
It is a business technology company that offers IT support and solutions for various
industries and businesses here and abroad. The company provides reliable, innovative,
cost effective and advance driven software tools and methodologies to companies and
their projects like business process automation, workflow development, document
management and system development.

My On-the-Job Training Experience:

Our setting of our on-the-job training was in SYSDATAHUB Technologies.

At first I did’nt have an idea of what type of task do my superrior will give to us as
their trainee then in our first day the employee named Reigan Ocampo gives us option
, to choose to be the part of the mobile development team or the web development
team, first i want to be the part of the mobile development team but things should
think first i’ve noticed that the platform of the application need a high specs laptop so i
did’nt try to be at that team so ive decided to go for web development team.
The first task they give to us was working with sharepoint designer. They want
us to familiarize sharepoint design template and environment by our own, they test our
skills by observing and timely checking of our progress. The second task was given to
me together with my co-trainee Isaac by Mr. Bryan it is working with webzone design
and login page using HTML and Css code. Then the next task was working with
Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 the task was to make an application with and ADD,
EDIT, DELETE and VIEW option using Microsoft View Controller 4.5(MVC 4.5)
the task was first give to my co-trainees, I was on my task with webzone at that time
and because of my urge to test if i can make that task i able to end my current time in
time and try to make it cause ive experince using Micosoft Visual Studio and with the
help of online guide i get to make it progress by progress, the task was performed by
me and Mr. Orlie Dimaano but when our boss gives another task this task was turned
over to me and ill be able to finished it and send it to the boss. In the middle of the my
training in SysdataHub, Mr.Jem Sanchez was the only trainee who perform photo
editting task with photoshop. When Mr.Jem have lots of task in photo editting and they
ask us , who learn to use photoshop i raise my hand and perform the task and that the
start o working with photoshop from the middle to the end of my ojt, they give me
diffirent photo editting task and layout and ill be able to meet their expectation and
demands.
