ROBINSON CRUSOE

1. You can see here a plot diagram. The plot can be divided into the following parts:
INTRODUCTION, RISING ACTION, CLIMAX, FALLING ACTION AND RESOLUTION. You can
see below nine sentences which form part of the plot. One sentence is for INTRODUCTION,
six sentences for RISING ACTION, one for CLIMAX, one for FALLING ACTION and one for
RESOLUTION. Look at the diagram and number the sentences accordingly in the plot diagram
template:

 Crusoe embarks on another voyage to the New World.

 Robinson Crusoe leaves home against his parents' advice.

A. Some modern readers may be taken aback by the attitudes and language of Robinson Crusoe

about native culture. In many ways, Robinson Crusoe epitomizes English colonialism.

B. Robinson Crusoe is an adventurous spirit who ignores his father's advice to stay at home and

goes to sea and experiences many adventures. While he is not the classic hero, he possesses

many admirable qualities.
