 What are the 30 rights/articles discussed? Give at least one sentence to describe it.
1. We are all born free and equal- humans are born free and equal and dignity
rights.
2. Don’t discriminate- everyone deserves to be treated equally to all rights and
freedoms.
3. The right to life- all humans has the right to live, liberty and security person.
4. No slavery- slavery is illegal it should be prohibited in all forms.
5. No torture- no one shall apply cruelty, punishment and torture to degrade other
people.
6. You have rights no matter where you go- all human beings has the right to live
no matter where you are.
7. We’re all equal before the law- discriminating other people is a violation and all
are entitled to have equal protection.
8. Your human rights are protected by law- everyone has the right to an efficient
remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the basic rights
granted him by the constitution or by law.
9. No unfair detainment- no one deserves random arrest, detention or exile.
10. The right to trial- all humans deserves to have full equality to a fair determination
of rights and obligations of any criminal charge.
11. We’re always innocent till proven guilty- no one shall be command guilty of
any penal offence on account of any act or omission that didn't represent a penal
offence, beneath national or law of nations, at the time once it had been committed
12. The right to privacy- everyone has the right of protection of the law against such
attacks.
13. The freedom to move- everyone has the right to move and free himself anywhere.
14. The right to seek a safe place to live- everyone deserves to seek and to enjoy
in other countries.
15. Right to a nationality- no one shall be deprived of his nationality or denied the
right to change his nationality.
16. Marriage and family- family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society
and is entitled to protection by society.
17. The right to ownership- everyone has the right to own property alone as well
as in association with others.
18. Freedom of thought- everyone has the right to have freedom of thought and we
have different perspective it depends on how you interpret it.
19. Freedom of expression- all humans has the right to express their feelings and
opinion it includes on how you handle opinions without interference.
20. The right to public assembly- everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful
assembly and association.
21. The right to democracy- everyone has the right to take part in the government of
his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
22. Social security- everyone has the right to social security and is entitled to
realization, through national effort and international co-operation.
23. Workers’ rights- everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to
just and favorable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
24. The right to play- all of us has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable
limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.
25. Food and shelter for all- motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care
and assistance.
26. The right to education- the education shall be directed to the full development of
the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and
fundamental freedoms.
27. Copyright- all humans has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the
community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its
benefits.
28. A fair and free world- we are entitled tp social and international order in which
the rights and freedoms.
29. Responsibility- all of us has duties to the community in which alone the free
and full development of his personality is possible.
30. No one can take away your human rights- a group or person any right to
engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of
the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

 Choose the best 5 rights for you and enumerate how you could promote it.
For me, the best 5 human rights are we are all born free and equal, no slavery,
marriage and family, freedom of thoughts and lastly no one can take away your human
rights. These sums up all the happenings or the issues here in the Philippines. Those
definitions written above might help to solve all the problems that we encounter not
only in our country but also in our daily lives. Every human beings deserves human
rights and if we start it to ourselves we can spread and share it to help other people
surround us.
