We have taken pains to take a second hard look at the

merits of the arguments advanced in the abovementioned
motion for reconsideration and comments, but find no adequate
reason to reverse our ruling. We, however found no more
necessity to make another discourse based on the foregoing
arguments – least we become repetitive – for we have sufficiently
passed upon and ruled on these arguments in our Decision.

ACCORDINGLY, the Court Resolved to DENY the said

motion for reconsideration filed by defendant-appellees.
