• Leadership: Responsible for communicating orders. Act as manger when needed.
• Nutrition Assessment: Complete nutritional assessments for registered dieticians by providing
anthropometric, biochemical, estimate nutrition needs (calories, fluids, & protein) and food/water intake.
• Customer Service: As a lead I interact with the residents by taking their menu order and I help to pass out
the meals and set the residents up to eat their meals.
