Assignments Reflection

Assignments taught me alot throughout this semester. From the

168 hour assignment and the 3 day diet assignment, I learned things

about me. The 168 hour assignment made me focus on how to set up

my days in order to get my homework done and go to work and still

spend time with family. It helped me manage my time and although I did

not stick to it some days because I was to tired most of the times I did.

The 3 day diet taught me that my eating was not all too good. I need to

focus on what vitamins I am taking and which ones I need to intake. I did

notice that throughout the week I eat okay maybe too little and then the

weekend comes around and I just eat whatever which is not at all good

for my health. I have tried to make changes these past few weeks but

my work schedule kind of get in the way.

The muscle fitness planning and FITT principle assignments were

two assignments I learned alot from. I was able to apply the FITT

principle and I believe that is the best way to learn to actually use what

we are being taught.In this case it was the FITT principle. I liked how in

the muscle fitness planning we actually had to do some muscle training it

was tiring because I am not used to it but I am planning on getting more

muscle training when I am done with school. Overall all assignments


were really interesting and taught me many new things about myself and

fitness as well as overall health.
