4.2.1 Encoding of Questionnaire


Encoding of the data taken from teachers’ questionnaire has been given according to the
following table. The given values of respondents’ responses were made according to this
table. Since google doc questionnaire was used, so no item was left blank or unattempt.

The items in this chapter are analyzed using mean method. Following table shows the

1. Guidance and Counselling program supports parents in provision of effective
feedback about students.

Comments: The above table shows that the mean value for item is 4.30 which makes it
highly acceptable. Majority of female and male teachers are agreed that effective
guidance and counselling program supports parents regarding their children overall
performance. This also indicates positive relationship between male and female teachers’
opinion about guidance and counselling program.
