This is Hybrid Connectivity Solution for Uttar Pradesh. The main object of this
plan is to provide digitsation to the villages of the state.
Our main focus is to connect the people ofvillages with internet so the development
of villages can boost upto next gear and the population
of village can compete with the citiy population.
This program comes under the Digital India scheme of the government. we will ensure
that the service of wifi should be provided in every house.
We ensure that the villages should be connected with satelites and wifi tower.
As we are discussing the plan focuses on Rural education as well as on some other
serious issues like Education for adults, a platfor for doctors
so they could get in touch with the patient in real time, provide training to the
ladies of the village so they can earn their livelihood,
a better communication service for panchayats, skill development classes for people
as well as teachers of the schools.
There are 88% of schools in rural areas out of which 17% of schools are in Uttar
Pradesh
Academic days of the rural area of UP is @226 days per year which seems to be low
in comparrision to the acacdemic days of the cities which creates
lagging in the academics and resulting the high drop out rates and childrens are
not provided the fundamental education, the Hybrid solution plan
will increase the acacdemic days under certain programs so the student could get
syllabus completed which automatically decrease the drop out rates
and the problem of lagging will be solved.
The key features of the program is focused on the facilties provided in the schools
and will work on the shortage of the faculties in the schools as
well as on the quality of teaching. The program also ensures on the interest of a
child so he/she should get attracted towards the studies.
It also keep an eye on the parents education so that they can understand the value
of education for their child and pay some interest in the acacdemics
of their ward.
Solution of these problems that our program figured out is to provide digital
learning in the rural areas like smart classes and professional teachers
so the child can grab knowledge with some interest as we all know the video
lectures gives much more impact than vocal lectures. The content and classes
will be interactive so there could be a friendly atmosphere between the faculty and
the child.
Lectures/ Sessions will be broadcasted in a highly advenced classs. The video
lectures will be delivered to students in the real time and a child could
understand it with the little or NO interaction of a faculty. This program also
focus on Self Learning concept of a student.
Through satelites and good wifi connection the video lectures can delivered to the
student with the speed of @256kbps-1mbps
The Hybrid solution program provides the content and interactive communication wich
can be only possible with Hybrid Connectivity of rural areas to internet.
The faculties of cities can give interactive classes and interesting lectures from
the cities therough smart classes which will solve the problem of shortage
of teacher in the rural areas.
The study content will be provided in their local languages and the syllabus will
be provided digitaly to the students.
The Solution uses the Broadcast Technology of Satellite for delivery of content
across all the schools of a State.
Primary Q&A of the students will be answere by their local teachers and the
secondary level Q&A will be answered by the urban teachers using the latest
technology
of smart classes and projection for the 2 way interactivity.
The solution will give the immediate impact because it will deals with some major
issues like interest of a child in studies as well as interest of a parent/guardian
