1. Tell me about yourself (be specific to the job and tell a brief success story from a
previous work experience that highlights some of your strengths - in that position, try and
choose the strengths you ate exactly online)
RTA: /
My name is Jeiner Claros. I have 41 years old. I have experience in the management of
computer systems, I am a persistent, honest, responsible and hardworking person.

2. Why should we hire you? (Be specific and highlight a strength that is perfectly in line
with what the company or organization is specifically looking for)
RTA: / I easily practice everything related.
I quickly learn my activities developing my skills to the fullest in each assigned work.

3. What is your greatest strength? (Be specific and tell a brief example related to the work
in which you show that strength, again choose an example and a strength based on your
knowledge of what you are looking for)
RTA: /
I have many strong points. I am creative, I learn fast, humble, kind, respectful, leader
among many others.

4. What is your greatest weakness? (specific steps taken to manage them.) Do not
mention any weakness that may affect the specific opening of the work.
RTA: /
My shyness to speak in public is one of the phobias of many people, and I have to say
which is one of the areas where I would like to improve in particular, because
which is an important part of this work.

5. Why do you want to work here? (Be specific and mention the aspects of the company
or organization that you admire and show how your strengths and abilities make it
perfect)
RTA: /
It is a very recognized company, I can learn a lot and it would give me a better growth for
my personal life.

6. Why did you leave your last job? (If it was because you left voluntarily, refer to a
specific characteristic that the company you are interviewing for is the reason you are
attracted to, one that your previous employer did not have). If you were fired, be honest
and explain the situation. . Explain what you learned from the experience, because the
interviewer knows that you are a human being, you make mistakes and just want to see

My last job I left voluntarily, since this company has a better position and a better salary in
the previous company. I learned a lot, but I have to learn a lot more in this company.
7. What is your greatest achievement? (Be specific and talk about an accomplishment of a
previous job.) Be sure to choose an achievement that shows how valuable you will be in
the position for which you are interviewing.
RTA: /
I had an excellent job recognition in my previous job.

8. Describe a difficult work situation and what you did to overcome it ... (Again, the key is
to be specific.) Present a past work situation that you handled well, try and choose an
example that shows you are addressing a problem that could arise in the new company
you are interviewing for, this proves your value)
RTA: /
I had problems with the boss because of the bad attitude of my co-workers, but
everything was solved.

9. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? (Your answer should show that you are a person
with an address and that you have goals.) You must show that those goals include
advancing and prospering in the company or organization with which you are
interviewing, but you should not do it anymore. of entry, do not say that you plan to be

I see myself as my own boss since that is my next projects.
