As earlier, CIC’s function is collecting analyzing and predicting a credit risk for individual and corporate.
As part of my daily job, I review the different industries in Vietnam’s market and do credit rating for
corporate based on the legal information and financial statement, which updated by the credit institutes
and Department of Planning and Investment.

This time, I am researching on financial industry in Vietnam and focus on digital finance. Dr Dong known
fast disbursement with shortest waiting time and also acknowledged with a successful debt collector
cases. I would like to known more on the disbursement process. To acknowledge that LGC Financial
Consultant Ltd. Co. using E-Sign SMS Verification, so I would like to know how this has been done. Do
your Company has to sign a contract with the third parties or do your Company has own a software;
generally which platform has your Co. used to send an SMS to ?
