Basic specification of work piece detecting sensor for

C/V

These rules are for sensor, which detects whether there is work piece or not.
Following are as general rules and exception can be accepted with
allowance person in charge.

1. How to detect
Detect by photoelectric switch. Thru-beam type shall be used in principle.
Static capacity, proximity, lead, and limit switch are not allowed to use.

2. Detecting position
Detect on flat surface of work piece.
Detect not within 5mm from the edge of work piece.

3. How to attach
Attach the position where easy to adjust light amounts. If there is no choice
to put it in the position where is hard to adjust, choose the sensor which has
separated amplifier, and attach it in the position where is easy to adjust.
4. Model sensor
Thru-beam shall be used in principle, but reflective types, which are in below
can be used if there is no choice.
