FXEB limitation to support 20MHz + 5MHz

To support LTE1800 20MHz + 5MHz BW combination, FXEB can NOT use ANT2/4/6 (Rx
diversity port)
- This makes different for SIMO support between FXEB and FXEF
• 1xFXEB to support 1 sector, 20 + 5 MHz, SIMO
• 2xFXEB to support 2 or 3 sectors, 20 + 5 MHz, SIMO  affected site with only 1xFXEB on site.
• 1xFXEF to support up to 3 sectors, 20 + 5 MHz, SIMO
- For 2x2 MIMO, no difference
• 1xFXEB/FXEF to support 1 sector, 20 + 5 MHz, MIMO
• 2xFXEB/FXEF to support 2 or 3 sectors, 20 + 5 MHz, MIMO
