Overview of Products.The Choco-Mallows Polvoron is a 1 ounce creamy polvoron

topped with fluffy marshmallow coated with rich and creamy
premium chocolate. The creamy polvoron is a mixture of
cookies and cream, powdered milk, white sugar, butter, and
heated flour cooked at low heat. The chocolate is a premium
chocolate bar melted in medium heat.

Short term Goals. To aim a 300 customers everyday and gain high profit every month.
Also achievining regular customers to patronize our product.

Long term Goals.To make our product become well-known not just in CARAGA
Region but in the whole world. And to be a number one competitors
to the other businesses.

standard pricing formula by dividing the value of raw materials used, the labor forced and
the other expenses in every product, then multiplying the sub-total by mark-up and
contingency percentage. The result will be Suggested Retail Price (SRP). That made the
price of Choco Mallow Polvoron will be only at ₱10.00 per of Choco Mallow
Polvoron.Promoting the product will be heard and see through advertising in television
and make a flyers to give information of our product.The promotion will help the business
to be more known to the people in a whole world. We have ten employees in our business
and they are being separated depends of what are the their skills .The three employees
are the one will deliver the product, the two employees are the one who prepare the
product . There are one supervisor,one cashier and three employees who serve the order
of the customer which is Choco Mallow Polvoron. We start to serve at 8:00 am and then
end our service at 9:00 pm everyday.
