Engage

Name- Diagnosis
Description- Students will open the patient file and try and put the steps in the
order they occur in
Bloom's- Analyzing- Students will have to analyze and figure out the order that
the steps go in.
Multiple Intelligence- Interpersonal- Students will have to work together in
order to find out the correct order.

Explore

Name- Research
Description- Look at previous scripts and write down three things you noticed
and explain why you think that worked/ why should you do that.
Bloom´s- Evaluating- Students will have to asses previous works in order to
better understand the information at hand.
Multiple Intelligence- Visual- Students will have to evaluate previous works and
look and see the work that was done.

Explain

Name- Discussion with Dr. Wardell


Description- Students will talk to the head of scripts and she will break down the
order and explain each part of the proces. While she is is talking students will
complete the steps in their own script.
Bloom´s- Understanding- Students will take down notes and understand the
information being given
Multiple Intelligence- Verbal & Visual- Students will have to listen to the teacher
for notes and information, but students will also be following along in their own
scripts.

Name- Treatment Plan


Description- Students will write down the order of steps, make neat as it will go
in your patient file
Bloom's- Remembering- Students will have to recall information given from the
previous discussion
Multiple Intelligence- Intrapersonal- Students will have to rely on information
learned in order to list the steps, by themselves.

Evaluate

Name- Make your own patient file


Description- Students will create a patient file for the script that they have. The
patient file should have a completed broken down script, the treatment plan, a
reflection of how the surgery went, as well as a summary of the script itself. The
file should be decorated and should reflect what the script is about.
Bloom´s- Creating- Students will have to create their own patient file with all
the information learned.
Multiple Intelligence- Visual- Students will have to visualize and put together all
elements of the patient file.

Exit Ticket

Name- Release Papers


Description- Students will write down all the steps of the process and the status
of the patient now (make up). Have the student sign the release paper and then
get Dr. Wardell to sign the paper as well.
Bloom's- Remembering- Students will have to recall information given from the
previous discussion.
Multiple Intelligence- Intrapersonal- Students will have to rely on information
learned in order to list the steps, by themselves.
