Requirement for Canteen Management Software (CMS):

Interface:

- Process on Winform

- Process on Portal for Employees, to book meal for working shift, select food

Imported Data

- Input directly on Application or import Excel file

- Person in charge of CMS can order food, according to menu provided by GA (meal, drinks,
vegetarian, combo)

- Default Meal is Meat

- Fix all orders at 9am every Friday, in case of changes; only GA can adjust the orders

- Working shifts: shift 1, shift 2, shift 3, office shift, 12 o’clock shift

Validated data:

- Using Employee access card (in case Employee forget to bring Access card, Canteen
Staffs can provide a temporary card)
- Temporary card is also used for Guest
- Arrange 2 work stations for Employees can check their order in Food Display Area
- When Employees swipe their access card, CMS will validate working shift and meal
orders (4 work stations)
- Overtime working employees can order food with Person In Charge of Food
registering, through web portal and approved by GA
- Shift 1 and Office Shift can use the same food order
