VENA ENERGY INDONESIA, as HSE Coordinator, for Likupang 21 MW Solar PV
Project in North Sulawesi, work in site. Responsible for monitoring HSE implementation
at workplace with contractor HSE Officer, collecting HSE Reports from contractor to
be reviewed and monitored, monitoring implementation of Permit To Work and Job
Safety Analysis, attending and giving HSE topics at daily tool box meeting and weekly
meeting, Promoting behavior based safety by issuing safety reward in weekly basis,
such as weekly best HSE observation card, monitoring hazardous and non-hazardous
waste handling and segregation as per Government and company regulation,

providing and advising to the Company’s Team and Contractors Team onsite; actively
promoting a HSE culture that mitigates the risk of injury to personnel and damage to
plant, equipment and heritage aspects of the project; operating in accordance with the
HSE Plan; providing clear communication of HSE bulletins and all safety, health and
environmental issues; coordinating HSE activities including the Company’s, Contractor’s
and other organizations providing services on site to the project; Maintaining HSE
records on site in accordance with Project and Statutory requirements; participating in

Responsible for providing professional HSE support to rig operations and support
