2 – Social Development Workers (SDWs)
Qualifications:

 Graduates of Social Work (preferably licensed),

Entrepreneurship related courses; B.S./AB Communication or any related
courses
 With at least one to two years experience;
 With knowledge/background on social enterprise (for SDWs)
 Possess good attitude towards people and work
 Love to work with children, youth, elderly and families
 Possess good leadership and management skills
 Creative and resourceful in the call of work
 Can work under pressure with minimum supervision; can handle multi-
tasks job
 Willing to give extra mile; flexible, with initiative & strong work ethics; With
great patience in dealing with people and work situations;
 With positive values and attitude towards work;
 Hardworking, dynamic, team player & self-motivated person
 Ability to adapt in an evolving development work
 Has attention to details and accuracy at work; Good in fund management
and analysis; With commitment to excellence;
 Proficient in MS Office;
 Excellent on multi-media, visual conceptualization and design,
videography and photography (For Communications & IT Staff)
 Excellent on creating database and monitoring tools, hardware
troubleshooting (IT Staff)
 Proficient on program software (IT Staff)
 With effective written and verbal communication skills on both English and
Filipino
 Service and people oriented

Possible areas of assignments: Quezon province; NCR

Required Credentials: Application or cover letter, Resumé, 2X2 photo attached on
the resume (scanned on resume), Transcript of Records
(TOR), Licensure document (if any); NBI clearance, medical
clearance. Other credentials can be provided before entry or
when officially hired.
