Dear Honored Vislae,

You are receiving this missive because you have selected to

participate in the Directed Campaign for Invisible Sun. As we
near the release of the game, it is time you were brought in
on a deeper secret.

The Directed Campaign? While it’s going to be everything we

promised, it’s also more. Because “The Directed Campaign”
is a boring name that every vislae worth their salt knows is
fake. It’s a front. We don’t even use the word “campaign” in
the Invisible Sun game.

You, my dear future Invisible Sun GM, are now part of a

secret society. By choosing “the Directed Campaign” you
saw—consciously or unconsciously—that there was more to
this than meets the eye. Because of your canny insight, you
are hereby inducted into an organization at the very heart of
the Invisible Sun game. We’ll be providing you with all the
game material, props, handouts, and everything we told you
about, but we’re also going to be giving you secrets that no
one else will have.

Welcome to the Sodality of the Secret.

The Sodality of the Secret website will have information

found nowhere else for the Invisible Sun game. As inducted
members into the Sodality, you’ll have special access to
behind-the-scenes information, inspirations, artwork, ideas.
As fellow members of the Sodality, the MCG staff will be on
hand to talk about Invisible Sun, even sharing information
and advice from their own narratives. We’ll be contacting
you again to let you know when this access first becomes
available.
