Welding Installation of Raptor LWP

The base material of all Raptor LWP, is made of mild steel material, and is intended to
be welded without pre-heat or post-heat treatment. Extensive heat input will lessen
the integrityof the base material and laminated bond: limit the pre-heat and post-heat
temperatures to the minimum required by the material to which the Raptor LWP is
being welded to.

Welding Parameters: Please contact a Raptor

Electrode: E7018 preferred representative for further
Processes: GMAW, FCAW, SAW Installation & Safety guidelines
Weld Size: .19 - .25" (5 - 6mm) fillet weld for LWP, MagnaWear®, and any
Pre-Heat / Post-Heat: Not required other Raptor product.
Interpass: Not applicable
