Transas Integrator Toolbar


To show or hide Transas Integrator toolbar press on the keyboard or button on the Chart
panel toolbar

Playback; the task allows reproducing information archived by the ECDIS task

Data Tool; the task is intended for handling files used for MFD operation

Service Tools; to call the menu of service utilities


SPOS; the task allows receive a weather forecasts, process it and used them in the
ECDIS task
USB Eject

Service utilities made available by pressing the “Service utilities” button


Task Manager (accessible to the system engineer only); the task allows use of
standard Windows XP applications
System Configuration (accessible to the system engineer only); the task is intended
for the connection of external devices, MFD configuring and setup

Autorun; the task allows configure automatic start of utilities during the system start

1 In the chart area of “Main” panel, the cursor may have a form of different tools switched by pressing the
right trackball/mouse button:

Return to the own ship’s position on the chart panel

Set Own Ship symbol at any location on the chart panel


Left-click

Switch to North Up/Head Up/Course Up orientation

Switch to Relative/True motion

Increase chart scale

Decrease chart scale

Original chart scale

Obtain information on a chart or its objects

Open the window for viewing ARCS and Seafarer raster format charts
(optional)

Use Quick Distance Tool

Change chart scale so, that next WP on the monitoring route is always
visible

Display “Main” and “Dual” panels horizontally

Display “Main” and “Dual” panels vertically

Switch to Docking mode

Turn on history of own ship’s movement

Turn on the display of the chart over the radar picture

Open Transas Integrator toolbar

Select the screen colour palette to suit outside illumination

Display the virtual keyboard

Enable Man Over Board mode
