Description: High-Purity, Fused-Silica, Shotcast Castable


Features: • Has a separate liquid binder, which is added at the wet mixing stage just before installation.
• Adding 12.5% by weight of CS BINDER yields a pumpable consistency.
• Designed to be wet sprayed (with no accelerator) for hot installations.
• Excellent alkali vapor resistance.
• Excellent acid resistance.
• Can be shotcreted with ACTIVATOR N.
Uses: • Hot Seal Overcoating for Silica Crowns.
• Oil Refinery Sulfur Pit Walls, meets ExxonMobil CR-5 specifications.

Note: CS BINDER and ACTIVATOR N must be protected from freezing. It must be stored above 40°F. If it freezes it cannot be used.
