Legal/Contract Consultant (CC & F Contract Compliance and Filing)
• Develop, implement, support and maintenance of legal contracts and
all related forms (policies, applications, amendments, riders).
• Utilizing NILS and SERFF filing forms and rates that comply with
state, federal, and if applicable, foreign laws and regulations.
• Analysis, development, and filing of non-standard provisions for
single cases and the associated systems when applicable.
• Consultant to business areas regarding contracts and regulations and
mentors less senior staff.
• Continued research to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Imaging Project leader – Scan/Index all Compliance paper files into
online software database.

Legal/Sr. Contract Analyst (CC & F Contract Compliance and Filing)


• Develop, implement, support, and maintenance of legal contracts and
all related forms (policies, applications, amendments, riders).
• Filing of those forms and rates that comply with state, federal, and if
applicable, foreign laws and regulations.
• This includes the analysis, development, and filing of insurance
policies developed through marketing and new business. Following
through with the approval process in the various state insurance
departments of each product and making it legally binding in order for
that product to be sold out in the field to our customers.

Contract Systems Analyst (CC & F Contract Compliance and Filing)


• Using Documerge and Script create, edit, and maintain all basic policy
language and language exceptions required by the various states for
computer printed policies and riders.
• Format the policy forms to accommodate policy language to the
available space while maintaining contract understandability.
• Prepares and assembles computer printed policy forms and required
variations, applications, outlines of coverage, rates, actuarial formulas,
certifications and tables for filing with insurance departments.
• Implements the transition of approved policies into the policy issue
system; and reviews regulatory matters to assist in taking actions
necessary to comply with state regulations.

Senior (Lead) Computer Operator (Shift Supervisor)
• Assist in the technical training in and the efficient operation of a 50
million dollar mainframe computer complex comprised of mini, micro,
LAN, and midrange hardware and software systems.
•Working knowledge of MVS/JES3, MVS/JES2, MVS/XA, and Help
Desk support in an OS/390 environment.
• Supervisor over a shift of ten employees.

Computer Operator
• Training position that leads to Senior Computer Operator.
• Responsible for all software and hardware related to current levels
associated with Provident's data processing environment. These
software systems include IMS, CICS, DB2, IDMS, TSO, ISPF, and
JCL. Hardware systems include multiple AS400s, multiple IBM
mainframes, and RS6000.
• Monitor nightly batch cycles to guarantee teleprocessing online
availability and ensure weekly backups and reorgs complete
successfully.
•Work with all levels of programming and systems support in regards
to successful abend recovery in a timely manor to offset possible
jobstream delay.

Computer Printer Operator


• Operated IBM 3900, 3800, 3211, 4245 laser and impact printers,
Troy and CTC check printers, online Kodak microfilm equipment, and
all other computer printer equipment.
Data Control Coordinator
• Responsible for separating all computer output and distributing to
its proper locations.
• Field scheduling questions for programmers.
• Maintain Provident’s tape library system.
• Updating and tracking programs (jobs) through multiple program
(job) scheduling software systems such as CA11, VSMR, and OPC.
