DYNAMIC PHYSICAL EDUCATION SECONDARY LESSON PLAN

Lesson Plan 1

OBJECTIVES:
1. The student will do various of fitness tasks like circuit training, jump rope, and activity game
for the end of the lesson.

EQUIPMENT:
-Jump ropes (1 for each student)
-cones

INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES TEACHING HINTS
INTRODUCTORY ACTIVITY (5 MINUTES)

Rhythmic Activities *Always check with the students that they are
stopping between these activites, 30 seconds

FITNESS DEVELOPMENT (5 MINUTES)
Circuit Training *There will be cones put up for each activity
