I am a post graduate (Master) student of Sriwijaya University, Palembang. I am carrying out


a study on the topic: Teachers Perception of Democratic and Laissez-Faire Principal
Leadership Style on School Teachers’ Job Satisfication Outcomes.

Thus the main purposes of this questionnaire is to collect relevant information to compliment
this research work. This questionnaire is for a general secondary school (public school)
teacher like you who is expected to perform well in the school duties. It is on this
background that you have been randomly selected to participate in this research by
completing the questionnaire. I request for your co-operation by helping to answer the
questionnaire as per the instructions at the beginning of each section. The succes of this study
directly depends upon your honest and genuine response to each question. You are requested
