1. That the herein movant, is the live-in partner of accused ____ who was

2. That the recommended bail to be posted for the provisional liberty of the

3. That the above-named accused is irregular income earner and incapable to

post the said bail bond; that he just seek assistance from his friends and relatives;
that his relatives have just raised the cash amount of only P______;
4. That in view of the foregoing, the herein movant most respectfully requests
the Honorable Court that the recommended bail bond of P_____ for the provisional
liberty of the accused pending trial of this case be reduced to a cash bail bond of
