WEDDING VENUE RATE 2019

A. Plaza IFC 1st Floor & Amphitheatre (Indoor/Outdoor)

Rental Area : Plaza IFC 1st floor only (indoor) & Amphitheatre (Outdoor)

Changing Rooms : 2 rooms

Day Rent (11.00 – 13.00) : Rp 16.000.000

Night Rent (19.00 – 21.00) : Rp 16.750.000

Venue Rental Inclusion (A)

 Use of sound system for 2 wireless microphone (indoor area only);
 75 chairs with black cover;
 3 round tables with black cover for VIP area;
 2 rectangular tables with black cover for reception area;
 4 pcs standing air conditioner 5 PK for Plaza IFC at 1st Floor.
 1x free use of Meeting Room for Technical Meeting during weekday & office hours (maximum
duration of 4 hours with confirmation 3 days prior to the meeting) – at any available room for
20 pax; 7-30 days before D-Day;
 4 hours of loading time (vendor preparation) and maximum 1 hour of unloading time;
 1x free prewedding photo session at IFC area during weekday & office hours (excluding
photographer and/or videographer);
 25% discount voucher for staying/prewedding photo session at Azila Villa Jakarta (Instagram:
@azilavilla);
 15% discount voucher for staying at Svarga Resort Lombok Lombok (Instagram:
@svargaresort).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 Rates are valid for wedding date from 1 Jan 2019 – 31 December 2019;
 Surcharge for 2 hours of holy matrimony (akad/pemberkatan) IDR 2.000.000
 Vendor surcharges may applied differently and is not included in wedding venue rate;
 The rate is inclusive of 5% service charge and tax.
 Wedding venue capacity: 600-800 pax
