GOING TO BALI

Last year, I and all of my classmates went for picnic to Bali. According to the school
meeting, the result was going to Bali. Finally all of the students agreed to go there.
Because that time was long holiday of Lebaran Day. So that our school held the study
tour. The time there is one hour more than in Bojonegoro, because Bali uses WITA time
and we use WIB in Bojonegoro.
Before leaving Bojonegoro, we prepared everything we need, such as clothes,
soaps, brushes, sandals, our handphones, etc. Our school ordered 3 buses. It was
enough for 5 classes, room A, room B, room C, room D and room E. One bus contains 60
passangers, and one class consisted about 30 persons, so that there are about 150 the
students joined the program, and some teachers joined it.
The bus leaved at 10.00 am, I sat on the seat with Yusuf, my classmate. We were
happy in the bus. We sang together following the karaoke songs played by the co-driver.
Yusuf sang that song louder that the others, but he sang with discordant, so the others
laughed cause of him.
We arrived at Ketapang port at 11 pm, then the bus started to go into the ferry.
We felt happy because we could go around the ship. I, Yusuf and Hero went up to the
cabin, we could see the sea wave and beautiful views until the ship would arrive
Gilimanuk port at 4 am. We directly went into the bus again.
The bus continued to go around Bali, when passing the West Bali National Park to
Negara town we could see the beautiful forest, and the square at the center of Negara
town. Then we went to Tanah Lot , where we could see the temple on the rock. We
arrived there at 6 am. But we were just able to go around the rock, we were prohibited
to go into the temple.
We continued to go to Garuda Wisnu Kencana, uluwatu temple, Nusa Dua and
finally we went to the hotel near Kuta Beach, where we could see beautiful views, and
we practice our english to the tourists beside we enjoyed sunset. We met tourists from
some other countries, such as New Zealand, Australia, USA, Holland etc. The funny
experience was when we met Japanese tourist, because he couldn’t speak English and
we met him by using English, but he answered in Japanese, so we were confused. Finally
we used gestures and we laughed together.
At 7 pm after going around Kuta, we were back to the hotel. We were chatting
until night while we were drinking coffee. At 12 midnight we went to bed because the
next day we would go around again.
