Terms & Conditions ❖ The subscription fee will be recovered
upfront and is non-refundable. ❖ During the tenure of the scheme, Sub-brokerage generated from the clients
introduced by the franchisee shall be passed on to the
franchisee as per the terms agreed upon in the terms sheet. Also the brokers share shall be reimbursed to the
franchisee to a maximum of the cost of subscription only. ❖ Pass out shall be released after deducting TDS. ❖
Brokerage as per rates applicable for the plan chosen shall be levied on trades executed during the validity period
from the date
hereof. In addition, all statutory / regulatory, exchange levies, charges, duties and expenses shall also be
charged. ❖ On the expiry of the validity period, unutilized cost of subscription fees would neither be refunded nor
would be extended in any
case. ❖ Franchisee can subscribe for any renewal plan, through written notification on expiry of validity period
on existing terms &
conditions from time to time. ❖ The plan may be discontinued under any regulatory directions or for any other
reason, without giving any prior intimation to the
Franchisee. Two or more plans cannot be clubbed together. ❖ Keynote Commodities Ltd. reserves the right to
amend/discontinue the scheme at any given point of time without prior notice. ❖ All other terms and conditions as
mentioned in the terms sheet and agreements as duly signed by you shall remain the same.
I wish to avail the plan offered by you and stated hereinabove. I have understood the plan details and the terms and
conditions, as explained herein above and agree to abide by the same. I further agree that the subscription fee paid to
Keynote Commodities Ltd. under the plan is non refundable.
