RIGHTS & DUTIES OF PARENTS IN THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN

RIGHTS
1. To organize themselves with teachers discussion for the
betterment of the school.
2. To access any official record concerning the children who are
under their parental responsibility.
DUTIES

1. To enable their children to obtain elementary education,secondary


education and higher education.
2. To cooperate in the implementation of school programs.

RIGHTS & DUTIES OF STUDENTS


RIGHTS
1. To receive competent instruction, relevant quality education &
conducive place for learning.
2. To freely choose their field of study after graduation.
3. To school guidance and councelling services.
4. To access his own school records.

5. To issuance of certificates, diplomas, TOR, grades, & transfer


credentials within (30) days of request.

6. To publish a school newspaper.

7. To express opinions and suggestions.

8. To form, establish & join organizations.


9. To be free from any of involuntary contributions, except those
approve by their own organizations.
DUTIES
1. To exert his utmost to develop his potentialities.
2. To uphold the academic integrity of the school.
3. To promote peace & tranquility of the school.

4. To participate actively in civic affairs.


5. To exert his right responsibly.

2. 18 Units in Major/18 Units of Prof. Education

3. PBET/LET Passer

HOURS OF WORK & REMUNERATON OF TEACHERS


1. Enjoy academic freedom in the discharge of professional duties
regarding teaching and classroom methods.

2. Enjoy free physical exam and free medical treatment or hospitalization.

3. Salary scale – gradual progression from minimun to maximum salary


granted every after (3) three years.

LEAVE and RETIREMENT BENEFITS OF TEACHERS

1. Study Leave - with pay equivalent to 60% salary after (7) years in service

2. Maternity leave - with pay for (60) days

3. Vacation leave - with pay

4. Retirement pay & Monthly Benefits
