● รับฟงั ผูป้ ระกอบการว่ามีปญั หา แนวทาง คาแนะนา เกีย่ วกับการเสียภาษีอย่างถูกต้อง (Public Hearing) โดย
ร่วมมือกับ สมาคมฯ และภาครัฐทีเ่ กีย่ วข้อง
● วางแผนเชิงบวก ในการเชิญชวนผูป้ ระกอบการ E-commerce มาเสียภาษีอย่างถูกวิธี
○ มาตรการเชิญชวน (ไม่เก็บย้อนหลัง)
○ วางแผนการเก็บภาษีแบบง่ายๆ สะดวกๆ เช่น การจ่ายประเมินแบบเหมา กับผูป้ ระกอบการขนาดเล็ก
มากๆ
● การสร้างแผน กระตุน้ และโน้มน้าว ให้ผปู้ ระกอบการหันมาทาอย่างถูกวิธี (Stimulation)
○ สร้างความเท่าเทียมกับผูป้ ระกอบการต่างประเทศ มาตรการการเก็บภาษีจากต่างประเทศ แอพต่างๆ,
การโฆษณาออนไลน์, บริการชาระเงิน
○ การกระตุน้ ให้ผปู้ ระกอบการไทยขายออกนอกประเทศผ่านทางออนไลน์ (ไม่เสียภาษี)ห รือมีบางอย่าง
