ToT Announcement

From June 18-24, 2019, Syunik-Development NGO is organizing a Training of Trainers


(ToT) on conflict analysis, management, transformation, mediation and resolution for
young leaders and beginner facilitators from Armenia, Georgia and Ukraine as well as
for ethnic minorities living in these countries (10 participants will be selected from each
country). Syunik-Development NGO will select the Armenian participants, the
Georgian partner organization Youth for Diplomatic Engagement will select the
Georgian participants, and the Ukrainian partner organization Centre for European
Initiatives will select the Ukrainian participant based on the developed criterias.
The training will be held in the LucyTour Hotel Resort, located in the Vayots Dzor
Region of Armenia.
The project aims at promoting a common peace vision in Eastern Europe: Armenia,
Georgia and Ukraine and prepare youth leaders to serve as trainers by equipping them
with the necessary skills and knowledge to lead and facilitate conversations on conflict
analysis, management, transformation, mediation and resolution.
Cultural tours of Armenia will also be a component of the project.
Undergraduate students, young community leaders, and volunteers involved in
community or NGO works as well as motivated newcomers to the field are eligible to
apply. Applicants must be between 21 and 35 years old.
After a review of participant’s submitted documents, short-listed candidates will be
contacted for an interview. Interviews will be done either face-to-face or long distance
(via Skype). Selected participants will be required to:
 Participate in all sessions of the ToT (a one week duration),
 Hold at least one seminar in their communities as a training alumni
All costs will be covered by the project organizers. The working language of the ToT is
English.

the necessary documents directly to Syunik-Development NGO’s office at Momik 5,
Yeghegnadzor.

All interested participants from Ukrainian should send their CV and a motivation letter

The deadline to apply for the training is May 25th, 2019.
