INT. BODHI'S ROOM- ENTIRE ROOM IS MESSED UP

Bodhi is searching for his drugs while sitting on his bed. He

shuffles things from here and there. Bodhi shoves a thing
from his bed onto the wall, it falls with a loud thud. Bodhi
finally finds his drug lined on the tea table. He snorts the
cocaine from the table.He gets up and walks over to the
mirror. His eyes drool over the ciggarette spot made on his
chest. He sighs, he had resisted the dose but of no use. He
has to take it everyday though after waking up he would feel
like quitting still he is incapable of quitting it.Though his
seniors are still not around he feels as if those invisible
hands are still holding him strong, leading him to his fate.

Suddenly Bodhi sees a blurry thing in the mirror behind him.

He grunts as he thinks that it is some kind of dirt.He turns
behind and kicks it to understand the nature of it.He then
picks it up and drags it out of his room towards the
corridor.

INT. CORRIDOR LEADING TO BATHROOM.

Bodhi drags the object upto the bathroom door, opens it and
pushs the object into it. He kicks it inside and then enters
after it.

INT. BODHI'S BATHROOM- LIGHT IS SWITCHED ON

Bodhi skips over the body and moves towards the commode to
take a pee.He is unable to pee properly as his pee
continously gets out of the commode in right and left
directions. Bodhi then turns and pees on the object lying on
the floor which signifies he has no contact with the reality
anymore.Satisfied, Bodhi leaves the bathroom and bangs the
door behind him.

INT. CORRIDOR LEADING TO BATHROOM.

Bodhi closes the bathroom door in a hurry and goes towards

his bedroom. However a leg of the object can be seen from the
half shut door. An ant is seen crawing on the rotten flesh
climbing up and down it's feet.

INT. BODHI'S ROOM- ENTIRE ROOM IS MESSED UP

Bodhi enters into the room, and jumps on his bed to fall
asleep.

EXT.NIGHTMARE- ROOF OF A COLLEGE HOSTEL- FEW TORCH LIGHTS ARE

HELD ON BODHI
 2.

Bodhi is being ragged by his seniors. He is stripped down to

his knees.His eyes are getting hurt by the flashlights. His
clothes are lying beside him. The seniors are laughing at him
, two or three of them are smoking and blowing the smoke on
his face. Bodhi coughs and falls to the ground.A senior kicks
him in his gut.

SENIOR #1
Uth haramkhor, saale se biri ka dhuya
saha nahi jata nawabzaade aagaye
engineer banne...

Bodhi forcibly inhales but coughs out loud and tries to

escape. He is immediately brought down with terrible force as
the seniors begin beating him brutally.

Recovering from the bruises ,Bodhi sees a senior coming

towards his face. This guy was bengali, Bodhi's mother had
told him to take care of her child.

Two seniors hold Bodhi's two arms firmly stretching his bosom
open. A third guy rolls up his sleeve and rubs the elbow
region preparing for the shot. Bodhi is struggling
desperately kicking air with his feet. but all his efforts
seem trifle compared to the gang's strength. A fourth guy
bends down with a box. He takes out a bottle and a syringe
from it and begins to prepare the shot while laughing at
Bodhi.

SENIOR #3(BENGALI)
Tui chaap nis na bhai khali chokh
bondho rakh.. pore nijei amdr k thank
u bolbi...
(The third guy now stretches
Bodhi's arm.. and the fourth guy
tries to push the needle through
his vein.)
Bodhi gives out a shriek and in a momentary force kicks the
fourth guy. The bengali guy who was watching over the entire
episode now steps foward...

SENIOR #3(BENGALI)
Laatho k bhoot baato se nahi
maante...banglar izzat aaj amkei
rakhte hobe..
(He punches his ciggarette butt on
Bodhi's chest)

Bodhi is shocked by the unbearable pain and gives a huge

shreik, he is so shocked he fails to react as the fourth guy
finally pushes the needle through his arm.

Entire roof resonates in Bodhi's cries but slowly the cry

begins to dry out as he begins feeling dizzy and his body
begins to lump down. His cries are now overtaken by amore
familiar and distinct sound of his laughing seniors. The
laughs become too noisy, almost unbearable...

Bodhi's brother's laughs are simultaneously resonated across

the frame.

CUT.

INT. BODHI'S ROOM-BODHI IS LYING ON HIS BED.

Bodhi wakes up from his terrible nightmare.He is traumatized

by the incidents he saw, events which led to his first drug
dose. Bodhi shakes his head. His head is crunching from
inside as if someone is tightening a screw against his skull.
He is completely unaware of the events that had taken place
last night.

Bodhi gets busy doing his daily chores.He puts a little water
on his face and toils towards the corridor with his eyes shut
as he is still feeling drowsy.

INT. CORRIDOR LEADING TO BATHROOM.

Bodhi is still drowsy, with half shut eyes he pulls open the
bathroom door slothily. he tries to enter but trips over the
dead body. A loud thud is heard as Bodhi falls to the floor.

INT. BODHI'S BATHROOM- LIGHT IS SWITCHED ON

Bodhi has hurt his head due to the fall. He shakes his head
and turns to see what was the object he had tripped on.To his
horror he sees his brother lying dead at his feet.

BODHI
Bhai... Bhai eta ki ... tui...ekhane
ki kore..
(Bodhi takes his brother onto his
lap, pushes his chest as if
trying to bring him to sense..
but all his efforts are in vain
and slowly he realises that his
brother is dead)
 4.

Bodhi breaks down in tears and hugs the corpse.CUT.

INT. CORRIDOR LEADING TO BATHROOM.

Bodhi hastily gets out of the bathroom and tries to close the
door.But due to the corpse's leg sticking out the door is not
getting shut,as if the corpse wants itself to be
seen.Frustrated Bodhi walks off keeping the door half
open.The corpse leg still sticks out on which an ant is
slowly climbing eating through the rotten flesh.

INT. BODHI'S ROOM- ENTIRE ROOM IS MESSED UP

Bodhi bangs the door open and enters into his room.He picks
up his smartphone and dials the no. 100 in a hurry.But just
before making the call he resists for a second and looks up
from the phone screen.To his horror for the first time he
truly realises the condition his room is in. Drug needles
scattered everywhere.. Boxes of disposable syringes..Rolls of
joints he had smoked earlier.. the pungent smell which he had
smelt long before begins to come back to him.

Bodhi slumps on his bed. He lights a cigarette .Behind him,

the curtains are in alternate white black stripes, just like
Bodhi who himself does not know when he is the man and when
the animal.Slowly Bodhi begins to realise the situation he is
in.His brother is dead in the bathroom, his entire room is
filled with all kind of drugs you can get in this part of the
country.It will be obvious to the police. He can't remember
anything from the events of last night.He is sad because of
his brother's demise but afraid at the same time as he is now
in a vortex he has no idea how to exit.

Bodhi looks here and there as if searching for a solution.He

moves out of bed and goes towards the door, he is horrified
to find that the door is locked from inside.His face breaks
down as he realises no one has entered inside last night..
that means only he can be the murderer...

Slowly panic starts to seep in ... he lies on the bed and

breaks down in tears.. In front of him Bodhi can see an empty
syringe lying on his bed.He quickly gets up in a start and
fills the dose and injects it.

Bodhi begins to feel drowsy his disturbed face slowly changes

to a satisfied one as he closes his eyes.
 5.

CUT.

EXT. PLAYGROUND(SCENE TO BE SHOT IN COULOUR)-DROWSY VIEW

Bodhi is playing football with his friend. Their laughs are

resonating through out the entire field. While playing his
brother falls down, Bodhi picks him up then again pushes him
down and falls beside him. Both share a hearty laugh over
this.( Scenes are shown in one or two flashes)

EXT. POND(SCENE TO BE SHOT IN COLOUR)-DROWSY VIEW

Bodhi and his brother are busy fishing. Bodhi is teaching his
brother to how to fish.After a number of failed attempts
finally his brother manages to catch a fish. Bodhi slaps his
brother's back congratulating him then takes the fish from
his and and throws it back in the pond to the surprise of his
brother.

BROTHER
Eta ki korle dada, eto koshto kore
dhorlam...

BODHI
Mach dhoratai asol moja... ei boish
thekei khun korashuru korte hobe na..

HIS BROTHER SMILES AT HIM ACKNOWLEDGING

HIS WORDS AND PROUD TO SEE HIS ELDER
BROTHER'S WISDOM. BODHI SMILES BACK.

INT. BODHI'S ROOM-FLASHBACK

The calling bell rings. Bodhi drowsily walks out from his bed
and goes to the door.He opens the door hesitantly. To his
surprise his brother almost leaps on him giving him a tight
hug.

BROTHER
Aar na eshe parlam na.. Ma o bollo
dekhe aaste bare bhai ki hul fotache
college e..

Bodhi is oblivious to the presence of his brother around him

and grunts about his presence.All he cares about now is a
decent amount of sleep.

BODHI

Feel at home!!

Bodhi dives back on his bed and falls dead sleep, as his
brother looks on puzzled with a syringe in his hand.

INT.BODHI'S ROOM (FLASHBACK)SCENE IS EXTREMELY HAZY

Bodhi is shaken hard into waking up.He opens his eyes to find
his brother looking hard at him with deep curiosity.Bodhi
gets up and sits on his bed..

BROTHER
tui sesh hoe gechis dada.. nijeo janis
kibhabhe ghumachili tui.. puro ekta
mritodeher moto dekhte.

Bodhi pays no heeds to his brother's words. He gets up and

goes towards the part of the room where he had kept his drugs
.But to his surprise the entire place is cleaned up.

BROTHER
pabi na .. osob aar ami toke nite
dicchi na..

BODHI
Abr Shuruholo complaining....

Bodhi gives an angry glare to his brother but begins to

search on his own as his brother sits on a chair watching him
worriedly. Bodhi begins to mess up the room again throwing
things here and there.After some time he realizes that his
brother won't be a fool to hide it in front of plain eyes.He
turns towards his brother and pleads this time...

BODHI
Die de na bhai.. eta dorkar amr ami
thakte parbo na....

Now Bodhi turns angry and bashes his brother's head. His
brother falls on the cot. He is too shocked by his elder
brother's behavior. Bodhi now leaps on him and grabs his

neck, he begins to shake it as his brother resists by kicking

resembling the kicks Bodhi gave while escaping from his
seniors.His brother manages to push Bodhi back and he falls
with a loud thud.

BODHI
Dara toke dekhachi....

He gets up and aggressively moves towards his brother.

CUT.

INT. BODHI'S ROOM(PRESENT)

Bodhi wakes up from his slumber. He is now sweating ike hell.

his face shows that by now he is confirmed that it was he who
had killed his brother.He looks at his hands.They are soaked
in his brother's blood.Horrified by this sight Bodhi rubs his
hands with the bed sheet but of no use the blood doesnot
leave his hands.

BODHI
Ami marini....ami...ami ... na

He gets up from his bed and runs towards the sink. Turns the
knob on and begins to rub his hands with soap.. after a while
the blood has drained but still he continues washing his hand
with water...(

BODHI
Ektuo thakbe na... ek fotao na...
(Bodhi begins to cry ..and dips
his head into the sink.)
(his words "ei boish thekei khun kora
shuru korte hobe na" resonate in the
background.

He sits down beneath the sink tired with his efforts.He is

still not convinced that he has wiped all the blood off his
hands . There are syringes spread all over him.He lifts one
in his hand , it is empty, he angrily throws it to the
opposite wall.

BODHI
Esob tor jonno hoeche.. amr bhai, amr
bhai k tui.. tui kere niechis...

Now he begins to throw one needle after another towards the

wall.

BODHI
 8.

tuio... torao...

He picks up the last syringe is going to throw it but

suddenly he hesitates as his eyes get fixed on it. He sees
that it is filled up.He can't control his urge to escape this
fake world where he has to face all the troubles.. where his
brother's body is lying just 5 metres away in the adjacent
bathroom.. where the society shall never accept him again.So
he decides to travel to his real world the world he has
nurtured and created for himself.Where he is the supreme boss
and everything exists only to satisfy his tastes.He takes the
shot.

CUT.

EXT. BODHI IS SITTING ON A LONG EMPTY ROAD SURROUNDED BY LUSH

GREEN GRASS ON EITHER SIDE.

He is surrounded by wine bottles and syringes and all the

type of narcotics he loves.He is extremely happy.He is
holding a wine glass in his right hand , taking frequent sips
and appreciating the nature...

Suddenly he begins to hear his brother's voices in his

head.He looks down and beats his head as if fighting it. the
beautiful scene slowly begins to become dull..All of a sudden
the voices stop..

He looks up. Shrieks in horror. His brother's corpse is lying

just in front of him on the road.. the sun is shining still
Bodhi sees everything a little dark..

Now Bodhi looks at his right hand again in it instead of the

wine glass he is holding a blood smeared knife. Bodhi looks
up again.. His brother's corpse is walking slowly towards
him...

BODHI
Bhai ami eta korini dekh...

He throws the knife in front of him...and pleads by looking

towards his brother...

But when he takes out his hands to plead he is horrified to

find the knife back in his hand again...

By now his brother is too close to him and Bodhi can see the
knife wounds on his body...Bodhi is seeing everything around
him in blood red colour.His brother's words "mritodeher moto
dekhte..." is resonating in his ears.
 9.

BODHI
na aar kache asis na.. aar kache na
bhai.. ami toke bhalobasi biswas kor
onek bhalobasi .. aar asisna .. na
..NAAAAAAAAA...

CUT.

INT. BODHI'S ROOM- ENTIRE ROOM IS MESSED UP

Bodhi is lying on the floor. Scum coming out of his mouth. He

has died of drug overdose.
